Communications technologies have changed rapidly but human needs have not. It is still difficult to produce effective Human Computer Interaction solutions without using techniques and tools from several disciplines.

His company believes that great design starts with a clear message and ends with measurable improvements for clients. He will show how high-profile customers, rapid pace, metrics, and accountability help lead to effective business solutions and improved customer experiences.
