On November 14, 2006, New Jersey will celebrate the second annual
World Usability Day.
World Usability Day is for everyone who tries to make things work better.
After a very
successful 2005 debut,
WUD 2006 celebrates all the products and efforts
that “Make Life Easy”.
New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine appreciates these efforts and has and commended "New Jersey Usability Day" throughout the state. (View Governor Corzine's Proclamation).
New Jersey has a great heritage of innovations and
technologies that have improved our lives; usability
engineering is part of that proud heritage. We are an
important part of the effort to realize practical
solutions, ensure great user experience, and deliver
the value of these innovations.
This year, UsabilityNJ and
Princeton ACM IEEE-CS
have prepared a special program to celebrate the
achievements of innovations and usability engineering:
